There's a patch by wagrenier for Fatal Frame II / North American version of the game out there already, but the full/"unsafe" version of the undub causes freezes on real hardware & PS3 as of v1.0.2 (there's a third-party fix for this issue, though), and the European version with its extra FIGS languages and retained 60 Hz mode is not supported at all.
While not nearly as warranted as Project Zero 3 undub was, since Zero 2 has mid-gameplay subtitles in the North American version of the game as well, here's a complete & crash-free undub for the European version of the game anyway.
Note: The few mid-gameplay voice clips that were dummied out in the localised versions of the game are not accompanied by subtitles in the undub, sorry.

If you're using widescreen, no-interlacing, etc. codes/patches on PCSX2, you might need to copy the game's pnatch file from \PCSX2\resources\patches.zip into \PCSX2\patches\ and rename it to reflect the undub's modified executable's CRC.
